APPLICATION PROCEDURES 申請程序

Application Approval 審批通知

  • Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions to confirm and secure your booth.

  • 當您的申請獲批後,您將收到一封電郵,內附確認及確保展位的後續步驟說明。

Confirmation Slip 確認憑證

  • After verification, applicants will receive a confirmation slip, which must be presented during on-site registration.

  • 經核實後,申請者將會收到一張確認憑證,須於現場登記時出示。

Booth & Admission Policy 展位及入場規定

  • Each booth allows only one registered tattooist with a valid working permit to operate. Each tattooist may bring one assistant with free admission. All models and additional guests must purchase an entry ticket.

  • 每個展位僅允許一名持有有效工作許可的已登記紋身師於場內工作,每位紋身師可攜帶一位助理免費入場。所有模特兒及其他訪客須另行購票入場。

Transfer & Refund Policy 轉讓及退款政策

  • Once registration is completed, reserved items and booths cannot be transferred to another party. Payments are non-refundable for all successfully approved applications.

  • 登記完成後,已預留之展位及項目不得轉讓他人。成功申請後之所有付款恕不退款。

Tattooist Station (for one tattooist only) 一人紋身師展位

ORGANIZER PROVISION 主辦單位提供項目

The Organizer will provide the following items and facilities to each exhibitor. 主辦單位將為每位參展商提供以下物品及設施:

 

Fascia Board 展架招牌

  • One monotone fascia board displaying the exhibitor’s name. The exact wording of the exhibitor’s name must be submitted at the time of application for production. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from late submissions.

  • 每個展位將提供一個單色展架招牌,印有參展商名稱。參展商必須於提交申請時提供正確之名稱文字以便製作。如因延遲提交資料而造成印刷錯誤或遺漏,主辦單位將不承擔任何責任。

Standard Supplies 基本配備

  • One working table, two folding chairs, one wastebasket, one socket extension. Venue lighting will be sufficient for general business use. Exhibitors may bring their own task lighting or extension leads if additional illumination is required.

  • 一張工作枱、兩張摺椅、一個垃圾桶、一條插座延長線。場內之照明設備足以應付一般營運需要。展商如需額外光源,可自備工作燈或延長線以使用。

Electrical Supply 電力供應

  • Electricity will be provided at 220V (+6%), single phase, 50Hz; or 380V (+6%), three phase, 50Hz. Each booth includes one 13A single-phase socket (maximum 500W load).

  • 電力供應規格如下:220伏(+6%)單相,50赫茲;或380伏(+6%)三相,50赫茲。每個展位包含 一個13安單相插座(最大負載功率500瓦)。

CODE OF CONDUCT 行為守則

  • Working inside the booth without a valid Hong Kong work permit is illegal. The organizer will not be responsible for any related consequences.

  • 在沒有持有有效香港工作許可證的情況下於展位內工作屬違法行為,主辦單位對因此產生的任何後果不承擔責任。

  • Tattooing persons under 18 is strictly prohibited under Hong Kong law.

  • 根據香港法例,嚴禁為18歲以下人士提供任何紋身服務。

  • Transfer, sale, or sharing of work passes or wristbands is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in disqualification and immediate removal from the exhibition.

  • 嚴禁轉讓、出售或共享工作證/手帶,一經發現,將立即取消參展資格並要求即時離場。

  • No additional booth fittings, nails, tapes, or painting are allowed on the provided structure, walls, ceiling, or floor. Exhibitors are liable for any damage.

  • 不得在主辦方提供之展位結構、牆身、天花或地板上進行任何額外裝置、釘釘、黏貼或塗漆,參展商須對因此造成的任何損壞負全責。

  • Damage to the standard booth structure will incur a HKD 5,000 penalty per booth.

  • 如損毀標準展位結構,主辦單位將就每個展位徵收 港幣5,000元 之維修罰款。

  • No political or sensitive materials are allowed within the venue.

  • 場內嚴禁展示或散發任何政治性或敏感性內容之物品或資料。

EXHIBITS & DEVICES 展品與設備

  • Counterfeit or pirated items are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be banned from all future events.

  • 嚴禁展示或出售任何仿製品或侵權商品,違者將被列入黑名單,並禁止參加主辦單位日後舉辦之所有活動。

  • Promotional materials must be distributed only within your own booth.

  • 宣傳資料僅可於自家展位範圍內派發,不可於場館公共區域進行分發或展示。

  • Booth fittings must not exceed 2.5 meters in height.

  • 展位結構及裝飾物的高度不得超過2.5米。

  • All electrical devices must comply with the Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance.

  • 所有電器設備必須嚴格遵守《香港電力條例》之安全規定。

  • Any extra electrical installation requires prior approval from the organizer or its contractor.

  • 任何額外電力裝置,須事先獲得主辦單位或指定承辦商之批准。

STORAGE 存放安排

  • No storage area will be provided. Exhibitors should arrange their own move-in, storage, and removal.

  • 場內不設任何儲存區域。參展商須自行安排展品的進場、存放及撤離事宜。

COMPETITION INFO 比賽資訊

On-Site Registration 現場登記

  • All tattooists can only arrive at the venue for on-site booth registration and setup starts at 10am on 16 October 2026.

  • 所有紋身師須於2026年10月16日上午10時起方可進場,辦理現場報到及展位搭建。

  • All exhibitors entering the venue are required to wear a work pass/wristband provided by the organizer.

  • 所有進入會場之參展商必須佩戴由主辦單位發出的工作證/手帶。

  • Work pass/wristband must be presented before entering the venue during the whole convention period. Entering of unregistered exhibitors are not allowed.

  • 在整個展會期間,進入會場前皆須出示工作證/手帶方可入內。未經登記的參展商或施工人員一律不得進場。

  • Exhibitors must not remove any part of their exhibit or display from the venue until the convention is officially ended. Removal/dismantle may start at 6pm on the last day of the exhibition (06 October 2024).

  • 在展會正式結束前,參展商不得拆除或移除任何展品或展位裝飾。展覽最後一天(2026年10月18日)下午6時起方可開始撤場及拆卸。

  • All exhibitors are obligated for a complete removal of personal exhibit materials and the like from the venue by the time specified. All materials left behind shall be deemed as disposable waste. Exhibitors are responsible for the expense of handling the disposed items.

  • 所有參展商須於指定時間內完成撤場並清理所有個人物品及展品材料。任何留存於現場之物品將視作廢棄物處理,並由參展商承擔相關處理費用。

Entry Fee 登記比賽

  • All contestants with booths are required to pay a HKD 200 sign-up fee for each day's competition.

  • 所有設有展位之參賽者,參加每日比賽均須繳付 港幣200元報名費。

  • Sign-up time will be listed in the provided exhibiton dossier at registration.

  • 比賽報名時間將於現場登記時派發的**展會手冊(exhibition dossier)**中列明。

  • Competition & sign-up time will be listed in the provided exhibition dossier at registration.

  • 比賽舉行及登記時間將於現場登記時派發的展會指南中公佈。

COMPETITION CONTENT 比賽內容

Day 2 第二天 

  • Divided into three categories as Black & Grey, Color Work and School Work. Trophies will be awarded to each category’s Tattoo of the Day Champion, 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up.

  • 比賽分為三個組別:黑灰組、彩色組、學院組。每個組別均設有當日紋身冠軍、亞軍及季軍獎盃。

Day 3 第三天

  • Divided into three categories as Black & Grey, Color Work and School Work. Trophies will be awarded to each category’s Tattoo of the Day Champion, 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up.

  • 比賽分為三個組別:黑灰組、彩色組、學院組。每個組別均設有當日紋身冠軍、亞軍及季軍獎盃。

Best of Show 全場最佳

  • Judge and selected from within all two days’ Tattoo of the Day Champions. Special prize and trophy will be awarded to the Best of the Show winner with details to be announced later.

  • 由專業評審團於兩天比賽各組「當日紋身冠軍」中,選出 全場最佳得主。特別獎項及獎盃 將頒予得獎者,詳情將於稍後公佈。
